Cajun Mayo

Easy to make, just refrigerate for at least an hour before serving!

This is a quick, easy dipping sauce made originally to pair with the Kitchen Tapestry recipe for Andouille Hush Puppies, but it can be used with plain boiled shrimp as an alternative to a traditional Cocktail Sauce, or as an alternative to a the Kitchen Tapestry recipe for Remoulade Sauce when you don't want to go to the trouble.

If you don't have Cajun Seasoning in your pantry, you can make your own using the following recipe:

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp ground oregano

  • 1 tsp ground thyme
