Salad Dressing Repository - No Honey Honey Mustard Dressing

Yield: 1-2/3 cups
A low carb, no-added-sugar version of the famous honey mustard dressing that started at a Chick-Fil-A restaurant in the 1980s in Fredericksburg, VA.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (like, Kraft)
- 1 heaping tbsp Dijon mustard (like Grey Poupon)
- 1 heaping tbsp Dijon stone ground mustard (like, Grey Poupon Country Dijon Course Ground)
- 2 tsp yellow mustard (like, French's)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 3-4 table packets of Splenda
Instructions
- Using only three packets of the Splenda, place all ingredients except the olive oil in a mixing bowl and use a whisk to combine all ingredients well.
- Add the oil, constantly whisking, until the dressing is well blended and homogeneous.
- Taste it. You may or may not want all or a portion of the fourth packet of Splenda, depending on your sweetness preference.
- Refrigerate for an hour before using.
