Salad Dressing Repository - Miso Dressing

Yield: 3-4 Salads
Good for an Asian salad of soft lettuces (like Boston Bibb or Oak Leaf) with scallions and radishes.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp white (shiro) miso (like, Roland)
- 3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar (like, Marukan)
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil (like La Tourangelle)
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce (like, Kikkoman Less Sodium)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp jarred minced ginger (like Spice World)
- 1/2 tsp dried orange peel
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the oil in a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to combine.
- Add the oil a little at a time while whisking constantly until an emulsion is formed and the oil and vinegar do not separate.
- Allow the dressing to rest at room temperature for an hour before adding to the salad.
