Salad Dressing Repository - Dijon Chive Vinaigrette

Yield: 3-4 Salads
Good for any basic salad or simple, thick-sliced broiled tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon pepper (like, Mrs. Dash)
- 4 tbsp fresh snipped chives or 2 tbsp dried chives
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
- pinch of onion powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the oil in a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to combine.
- Add the oil a little at a time while whisking constantly until an emulsion is formed and the oil and vinegar do not separate.
- Allow the dressing to rest a room temperature for an hour before adding to the salad.
