Salad Dressing Repository - Blue Cheese & Chervil Vinaigrette

Yield: 6-8 Salads
Inspired by a recipe from the Sugar Busters Quick & Easy Cookbook; great with any greens and compliments walnuts added to any salad.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried chervil leaves
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasonings (oregano, basil, thyme, parsley)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the blue cheese in a small Ball jar and shake vigorously to combine.
- Allow the dressing to rest a room temperature for an hour.
- Add the blue cheese to the jar at the last minute. Shake vigorously and serve.
